JAKARTA - General Chair of the Golkar Party Airlangga Hartarto officially announced West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil (RK) joining his party this afternoon, Tuesday, January 18.

This news has been confirmed by the Chairman of the Golkar Party DPP, Ace Hasan Syadzily. Ace said Airlangga and Ridwan Kamil had spoken specifically about this announcement.

"God willing. There have been special talks between the general chairman, Mr. Airlangga Hartarto, and Mr. Ridwan Kamil," said Ace when confirmed by VOI, Wednesday, January 18.

The chairman of the West Java Golkar DPD revealed that Airlangga would hold a meeting with Ridwan Kamil this afternoon at 17.00 WIB at the Golkar DPP Office, Slipi, West Jakarta.

After the meeting, Ace said, Airlangga would simultaneously announce RK or Kang Emil as the new Golkar cadre.

"If nothing gets in the way, God willing, at the Golkar Party DPP office this afternoon at 17.00 WIB," he said.
