Ricky Rizal's Role In The Murder Case Brigadier J Was Dismantled By The Prosecutor: Smoothing Scenarios To Supervisors

JAKARTA - The public prosecutor (JPU) revealed the role of Ricky Rizal alias Bripka RR in the alleged murder case of Yosua alias Brigadier J. Ricky Rizal is said to have smoothed out the scenario to secure firearms (senpi).

Perena smoothed the scenario because Ricky Rizal did not prevent Ferdy Sambo from executing Brigadier J. Instead, he called Richard Karjan alias Bharada E.

"The defendant deliberately did not refuse to summon witness Richard totaling, the defendant deliberately did not tell Richard to meet Sambo and was asked to plan Sambo's will to shoot the victim," said the prosecutor during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, July 16.

Then, Ricky Rizal also helped oversee and deliver Brigadier J to the execution site, namely Ferdy Sambo's official residence at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

"The defendant's role was carried out by following witness Putri isoman in Duren Tiga, instead the defendant became a driver driving a car with the victim Yosua, sitting and followed by the victim Yosua," said the prosecutor.

In fact, Ricky also did not tell Brigadier J when he was at the official residence. In fact, he knew that his colleague would be executed by Ferdy Sambo.

Ricky Rizal actually supervised Brigadier J while at the official residence. The goal is that Brigadier J does not leave when Ferdy Sambo arrives.

"When Yosua was in the park, the defendant did not want to tell the plan of witness FS so that the victim remained at Duren Tiga's house. When Sambo deliberately arrived, the defendant still did not tell the victim, instead the defendant deliberately waited for Sambo's call, then followed by a sambo summons," said the prosecutor.

Referring to the indictment, Ricky was jointly charged with participating in the murder and/or assisting in the premeditated murder of Yosua alias Brigadier J.

He is said to have not prevented and informed the police of the murder of Brigadier J at Ferdy Sambo's official residence at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8.

In fact, he learned of the shooting. This is because Ricky Rizal was asked by Ferdy Sambo to become the executor on the third floor of Saguling's house, Duren Tiga.

Thus, in this case, Strong Ma'ruf is suspected of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) and is threatened with a maximum sentence of death, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
