From the VOI team's investigation, the information regarding the use of Istora Senayan as a shelter for COVID-19 patients is a hoax.

Reporting from Antaranews, Monday, December 28, the Bung Karno Complex Management Center, in an official statement received by ANTARA, stated that the video claiming to be the Istora Senayan Stadium, Jakarta, as a shelter for COVID-19 patients is hoax.

"The management of the Bung Karno Gelora Complex (GBK) stated that the news was untrue. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Istora GBK was not used or used for any activity," said the official statement of PPK GBK.

Meanwhile, as reported by Tempo, the Head of Istora Senayan Unit, Jujuk Bandung Windargo, was related to the hoax that made history in the national badminton sport. Jujuk said Istora Senayan was empty because there was no activity schedule.
