The Central Jakarta Metro Police carried out security around the Presidential Palace area regarding the demonstration held by the Labor Party on Saturday, January 14.

"Today we have dispatched 1,110 joint TNI and Polri personnel to cover several activities," said Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Komarudin when contacted, Saturday, January 14.

Kombes Komarudin said the demonstration had previously notified the police.

Based on reports received by the police, the protesters will hold an action in the Horse Statue area and West Jakarta.

Previously, the Labor Party would hold a demonstration in front of the State Palace. The police will close the traffic flow in the Horse Statue area, Central Jakarta.
