PAPUA - Regional Secretary of Papua Province Muhammad Ridwan Ruikutun was appointed as the Daily Executive (Plh) of the Governor of Papua following the arrest of Lukas Enembe by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Ridwan's appointment as Acting Governor of Papua was based on the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri) Number 100/326/184/SJ dated January 11, 2023 regarding the Assignment of the Papua Regional Secretary as the Daily Acting Governor (Plh) of the Governor of Papua. "I have been conveyed by the Ministry of Home Affairs, through the Directorate General of Regional Autonomy, online or via WhatsApp. However, the Assistant General for the Papua Regional Secretariat, Derek Hegamur, will take the physical (SK)", said Ridwan Ruikutun in Jayapura, Papua, quoted from Antara, Thursday, January 12.
