Schedule For The Murder Session Of Brigadier J This Week January 9-13, Bharada E Faces The Court Of Claims

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court (PN) again held a follow-up hearing on the alleged premeditated murder of Brigadier J this week from January 9-13.

The trial, which was held for five days, began with the agenda of examining the defendants Strong Ma'ruf and Ricky Rizal at today's trial, Monday, January 9.

Still at the same location at the South Jakarta District Court, the trial will schedule an examination of the defendant Ferdy Sambo on Tuesday, January 10.

Furthermore, it is Putri Candrawathi's turn to be examined as a defendant on Wednesday 11 January.

Still on the same day and case, Richard totaling or Bharada E underwent a trial against the prosecutor.

On Thursday 12 January, the trial turned to the continuation of the obstruction of justice case or the obstruction to the investigation into the murder of Brigadier J. This time the defendants Baquini Wibowo and Chuck Putranto will undergo trial for the examination of expert witnesses from the prosecutor.

Meanwhile, on Friday, January 13, the defendant Irfan Widyanto is scheduled to attend the obstruction of justice case trial with the agenda of examining the expert witnesses to relieve those he brought in.

In the murder case of Brigadier J, five defendants have been named. Strong Ma'ruf and Ricky Rizal, who underwent trial today, were charged with being involved in the series of alleged murder of Brigadier J. Both are said to have not prevented and reported the occurrence of criminal acts.

Then, the other three defendants in this case, namely Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, and Bharada Richard totaling.

Referring to the indictment, Ferdy Sambo ordered Bharada E to shoot Brigadier J in the living room of the Police Complex's official residence, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, July 8.

In this case, the five were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code. They face a maximum sentence of death, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
