Around Bandung Hunting Video Underwear Women, Police Find 2,980 Collections In Computers Of Initiated AM

The Bandung Police Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) arrested a creator of thousands of nasty videos with the initials AM (51) who peeked at women's underwear and traded the video results on social media. Bandung Police Chief Kombes Kusworo Wibowo said the majority of the videos were made by recording from the bottom of a female skirt without the victim's permission. According to him, the thousands of videos were made by the perpetrators in various locations in the Bandung area. "The number of photos in the computer (evidence) is 307, then the videos stored in this computer are 2,980," said Kusworo in Bandung Regency, West Java, Antara, Friday, January 6. According to him, the case began with a report by an 18-year-old woman who saw a video of herself spread on social media. Kusworo said the victim felt the video happened while she was in a shop in Cileunyi, Bandung Regency. "The person concerned in October 2022 did not feel that he would be peeked at, only someone took something under his skirt. But on December 26, 2022, a friend informed him that his face was in the video," he said. Regarding the mode, Kusworo said the perpetrators carried out many actions when jostling with other people. Then the perpetrator recorded a video under the skirts of the victims quickly, so the victim was unconscious and had been peeked at. "Then (the cellphone) was inserted and issued quickly, but later it was edited by the perpetrator using a computer so that it could slow motion," said Kusworo. Kusworo said the suspect admitted that he initially made the nasty video just for a personal collection. But according to him, the suspect received encouragement from his friend to sell the video online on social media. Then the perpetrator, he said, created a group conversation on social media to release the results of his nasty video. Everyone who wants to join the group, according to him, has to pay around Rp. 50-100 thousand. "There have been many victims, however, 30 people are known," he said. As a result of his actions, the 51-year-old man was charged with Article 35 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning pornography with a maximum penalty of 12 years in prison and a fine of IDR 6 billion.
