Director of RSI Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat, Meri said that the incident took place on Thursday afternoon at around 14.30 WIB. There were no fatalities in the fire but hundreds of patient status data were also burned.

Meanwhile, the Head of the West Pasaman Police Criminal Investigation Unit, AKP Fahrel Haris, said that his party was still investigating the cause of the fire at the medical record warehouse at RSI Ibnu Sina.
