JAKARTA - The defendant Bharada Richard backlash revealed the scenario of Ferdy Sambo. The former Head of Propam Division firmly ordered to kill Brigadier J alias Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat.

Meanwhile, based on the indictment of planning the murder of Brigadier J, Ferdy Sambo's house was carried out on the third floor on Jalan Saguling, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

Bharada E's testimony began when he told how Ferdy Sambo called him for the third floor of Saguling's house.

At that time, he said, the former Head of the Propam Division expressed his frustration because Brigadier J had harassed Putri Candrawathi. In fact, Ferdy Sambo at that time already had the intention to kill Brigadier J.

"There is no point in my rank, Chad (Richard), if my family is wanted, he will continue to tell me that the child must be given death," said Bharada, reiterating Ferdy Sambo's statement at the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, January 5.

Bharada E is one of five defendants in the murder case of Brigadier J. He was charged with participating in the murder.

Based on the indictment file, Bharada E shot Brigadier J using a Clock-17 firearm. The action was called on Ferdy Sambo's orders.

The shooting was carried out in the living room of the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8, 2022.

Thus, in this case Bharada E was charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code. They face a maximum sentence of death, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
