JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Highways Agency purchased new operational service equipment and vehicles (KDO) of up to Rp. 14 billion. The procurement of this work equipment was purchased from the DKI regional revenue and expenditure budget (APBD) for the 2022 fiscal year. Head of the DKI Jakarta Highways Agency, Hari Nugroho, explained that the reason for the purchase of new tools and vehicles was because the old assets belonging to the unit were old and no longer optimal in carrying out their work. "We haven't owned this equipment for a long time, it's been almost 10 years. We use a vehicle that was used in 2000. So (the old one) has expired," said Hari in East Jakarta, Wednesday, January 4. With this new official equipment and vehicle, Hari said, the ranks of the DKI Jakarta Highways Agency can work on public facilities and infrastructure to anticipate the impact of extreme weather in Jakarta more optimally.
