According to Iwan, as many as 16 of the 22 houses built have entered the process of finishing electricity and installing walls and toilets for workers.

The construction of the IKN construction workers' housing began on August 29 2022 and is targeted to be completed by the end of this month.

The IKN construction worker's residence was carried out by KSO PT Wijaya Karya Gedung and PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk with a contract value of IDR 567 billion.
