Session Of Brigadier J Today, Strong Ma'ruf And Ricky Rizal Presented Experts For Denying Prosecutors

The custodians, Strong Ma'ruf and Ricky Rizal or Bripka RR, will present a mitigating witness at the trial of the alleged murder case of Brigadier J today, Tuesday, January 2. The witnesses presented by the two will give their views to refute the indictment of the public prosecutor (JPU).

For the Strong camp, Ma'ruf will present a criminal expert. Later, the witness a de charge is likely to give him Article 55 regarding his speech and speech.

"We will present a criminal law expert from the Jogja Law, Muhammad Arif Setiawan," said Ma'ruf's strong legal adviser, Irwan Irawan when confirmed, Monday, January 2.

Meanwhile, Ricky Rizal's camp will present Forensic Psychologist from the University of Indonesia (UI), Nathael.

Ricky Rizal's legal adviser, Erman Umar, will also provide his field from a psychological point of view regarding the alleged murder of Brigadier J.

"Our expert today is Psychologist Nathael from the Faculty of Psychology UI," said Erman.

In this case, Strong Ma'ruf and Ricky were charged with premeditated murder of Brigadier J with Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawati, Richard totaling alias Bharada E.

In the indictment, Richard Eliezrer shot Brigadier J at Ferdy Sambo's official residence at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8.

The shooting was also mentioned on the orders of Sambo, who at that time was still the Head of the National Police's Professional and Security Division (Kadiv Propam).

Thus, Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, Bharada E, Strong Ma'ruf, and Ricky Rizal, were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code. They face a maximum sentence of death, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
