"The defendant Prasetijo has been legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing a criminal act by ordering falsification of letters to continue in the first primary indictment and committing the criminal act of allowing the person deprived of their liberty to escape continuously in the second indictment," said judge Sirat.
"And committing a criminal act after committing a crime with the intention of covering up destroying objects with the name of a criminal act is carried out jointly in the third indictment," he continued.
