JAKARTA - Three former officials from the Rapid Response Foundation (ACT) will undergo a follow-up hearing in the case of alleged embezzlement of Boeing Community Investment Fund (BCIF) assistance funds for the families of the victims of the Lion Air JT 610 accident today. They are Ahyudin, Ibnu Khajar, and Hariyana binti Hermain.

Based on the Case Investigation Information System (SIPP) of the South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel), the trial scheduled to read the demands made by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) will be held on Tuesday, December 27, at 09.00 WIB.

Meanwhile, the reading of the demands for Ahyudin should have taken place on Tuesday, December 20. However, the prosecutor reasoned that he was not ready to read the demands so he asked for a postponement.

"The postponement of the trial was due to the fact that the Public Prosecutor had not finished compiling the indictment, so we ask for one week to complete the letter of demand," said Head of the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office, Syarief Sulaiman Nahdi.

Ahyudin, Ibnu Kajar, and Hariyana binti Hermain were charged with embezzling social assistance funds from the Boeing Community Investment Fund (BCIF) for the families of victims of the Lion Air 610 accident worth IDR 117,982,530,997.

Thus, they were charged with violating Article 374 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code subsidiary Article 372 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
