Komnas HAM Needs In-Depth Investigation Related To The Death Of 6 FPI Troops

JAKARTA - The National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) has not been able to draw an outline of the incident between the police and the special laskar of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) on the Jakarta-Cikampek KM 50 toll road. Although the investigation team has investigated the police.

"Indeed, we have not been able to conclude whether the statements conveyed by our police friends at Komnas HAM are identical or not because we need further analysis," Komnas HAM Commissioner Beka Ulung Hapsara told reporters, Monday, December 21.

"Indeed, there are several things that must be followed up related to the ballistic test results, and who will shoot," he said.

"So it must require deepening, including blood checks from FPI members. Whoever is in this corner, this corner also needs further examination," he continued.

Furthermore, Beka said that his party was committed to investigating the case. So, in the future there will be no comments and prolonged mutual claims between the two parties.

"We are also committed with my friends to also have follow-up studies related to what I have said," he said.

The police attack by Rizieq Shihab's laskar took place around 00.30 WIB Monday, December 7 in the morning.
