According to Supian, Denny Indrayana's move to raise funds to finance regional election disputes in the Constitutional Court was an uneducative step.

Supian said he appreciated Denny Indrayanan's step in pursuing the MK pathway in resolving regional election disputes, and would respect whatever the outcome was.

"However, involving the community in this step is certainly not educational and has the potential to make the situation unfavorable," he said as quoted by Antara, Monday, December 21.

Previously, the Head of South Kalimantan Regional Police, Inspector General Rikwanto, advised all parties to respond to the election results wisely and to keep the community situation conducive.

According to him, the regional elections in South Kalimantan had been completed and the result was that whoever the winner was, the people of South Kalimantan would win.

"This must be respected, it must be appreciated, there should be no injury to any party. The election party is over and over, whoever the people choose is the best and it is God's choice," he said.

He said that the dispute in the Constitutional Court does not cost money or is free, so he hopes that the community will not be involved in the dispute. Rikwanto also advised to dispute the results of the South Kalimantan Pilgub wisely at the Constitutional Court.

"Do not involve the community, so that the people of Banua are calm, because those who are elected are the choice of the people of South Kalimantan," said Rikwanto.

Meanwhile, Danrem 101 / Antasari Brigadier General TNI Firmansyah added that the election vote counting process had been completed and it was hoped that both parties would be encouraged and refrain from accepting the results of the election.

According to him, at a democratic party there must be winners and losers.
