Ask Heru Budi To Continue Formula E Better THAN Anies, PAN: Don't Be Asymptomatic Yesterday

JAKARTA - The PAN faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD asked the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono to continue Formula E in 2023 and 2024. PAN also asked Heru to organize Formula E better than when Anies Baswedan served as Governor of DKI previously.

This was conveyed by the treasurer of the PAN faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Farazandi Fidinansyah, to Heru who visited the PAN faction room of the DKI DPRD with the Chairman of the DKI DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi.

"Formula E is still committed for the next two years. The evaluation, even if in the future, I don't know. I hope Formula E can become your legacy in the future, it can be even better," said Farazandi, Monday, December 19.

Farazandi appreciated the electric car racing event that was held in the Anies era on June 4, 2022. However, according to him, Formula E yesterday had many obstacles and many preparations were made in a short time. The regional income from the absorption event is also not very encouraging.

"Even if it becomes your legacy in the future, please prepare it. Don't be like yesterday, sir," said Farazandi.

"Honestly, we appreciate the implementation. But for festivals, economic impacts on society, and others, to be honest, there are still many shortcomings, sir," he continued.

Previously, Heru invited the ranks of the DKI Jakarta BUMD to resume the Formula E event next year. Considering that Formula E is a racing activity with a business to business (B2B) scheme by the organizers of BUMD.

In this case, Formula E is organized by PT Jakarta Propertindo in collaboration with Formula E Operation as the license holder. Then, this electric car race was held on the circuit land owned by PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol.

"Yes, (Formula E) is already B to B, right? Go ahead (continued), if in Jakpro with Ancol carry out, go ahead," Heru said when met at the DKI Jakarta DPRD building, Wednesday, November 9.

Heru also handed over the responsibility to Jakpro to solve the problems that still exist in the implementation of Formula E.

This answers the PSI faction which asked Heru to take responsibility for the implementation of Formula E which has been running on June 4, 2022 and is planned to continue until 2024.

The responsibility in question is transparency regarding the calculation of expenditure costs and income from the implementation of Formula E.

"Yes, Formula E, please go to Jakpro. Right, (the organizer) is in Jakpro," he answered briefly.
