The Voice Of The Deletion Of Firearms In Kalibata Comes From Citizens' Houses, Not Police Members

JAKARTA - An explosion occurred in a residential area in Kalibata, Pancoran, South Jakarta. It is suspected that the sound of the explosion came from a firearm. Pancoran Police Chief Kompol Panji Ali Candra confirmed the incident. The incident occurred on Sunday, December 18, at 15.30 WIB.

At that time the witness at the location heard a gunshot similar to a firearm in one of the houses belonging to A's initial private house.

"Yes, that's right. So it is suspected that there was an eruption suspected of being a firearm," said Pancoran Police Chief Kompol Panji Ali Candra when contacted, Monday, December 19.

On that basis, the police continue to investigate the sound of an eruption that allegedly came from firearms in Pemukiman Warga, on Jalan Warung Jati Timur, Kalibata, South Jakarta.

As a result, it was discovered that the perpetrator of the firearm eruption was the son of the owner of the house, with the initials MA

"It was in the private house of the owner of the late initials A. The perpetrator was Pak Haji A's son, the initials MA, male," said Panji.

Panji revealed that currently the evidence has been secured at the Jatanras Sub-Directorate of the Polda Metro Jaya. As for the perpetrators, he admitted that he did not know further whether they had been secured or not.

"For the evidence has been brought to the Regional Police, but for the perpetrators of the development I have not received further information, because this one is from the Regional Police", he said.

Panji confirmed that the owner of the house was not a member of the police. Currently the police are looking into where the perpetrator got the firearm from. Including finding out where the case was sitting in the incident.

"Not a police house, an ordinary people's house. That's why we are investigating to handle the case using weapons, then what is the problem," he concluded.
