East Jakarta Satpol PP Head Budhy Novian explained the chronology of his members being victims of stabbing by a scavenger or person with social welfare problems (PMKS) at the T-junction of Jalan H. Hasan, Pasar Rebo District, East Jakarta Pasar Rebo, Thursday 15 December.

According to Budhy Novian, the victim named Norman who was on duty in Pasar Rebo District, was currently on patrol to the Cijantung area.

"The victim and witness saw a scavenger or PMKS (the perpetrator) sitting on the side of the road carrying a sack and knife tucked into the right waist", Budhy said.

Then, continued Budhy, the victim and witness got off the motorbike approaching the perpetrator to reprimand him not to be on the side of the road because it was dangerous. However, the perpetrator immediately stood up and was angry, the perpetrator asked the victim and his partner to leave.

"When the victim approached the perpetrator again, suddenly the perpetrator stood up and took out a knife that was on the right side of the waist while swinging the knife. The perpetrator was also angry and angry," Budhy said when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, December 15.

When the perpetrator was about to be arrested, the perpetrator again rebelled and swung the knife he was carrying at the victim.

The victim was then taken to the hospital for intensive care.

The perpetrator was finally arrested by members of the Satpol PP, Pasar Rebo District and taken to the nearest police station.
