This Witness Said That Ferdy Sambo Was Angry Knowing Bareskrim And Had A Crime Scene Investigation The Death Of Brigadier J

JAKARTA - Ferdy Sambo is said to have been annoyed and angry because he was missed by the process of processing the crime scene (TKP) for the death of Brigadier J which was held at his official residence in the Police Complex, Duren Tiga.

Ferdy Sambo's anger began when Chuck Putrato recounted the moment he contacted Baiquni Wibowo as PS Head of Subdivision of Ricsa Bag Gak Etika Rowabprof of the Police Propam Division at that time. Chuck asked for help to copy the CCTV DVR.

"And previously at my location, Mr. Ferdy Sambo contacted me, and he was angry at that time," he continued.

The prosecutor who heard the testimony investigated Ferdy Sambo's anger. Witness Chuck was asked to explain the cause of the anger of the former police officer.

Until finally it was revealed that Ferdy Sambo's anger was because he felt cheated with the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police which held a crime scene investigation.

"What does the direction mean?" asked the prosecutor.

"The direction was because at that time the crime scene was carried out but it was not reported to him who owns the core house," said Chuck.

"Yes," replied Chuck.

Chuck Putranto was originally presented as a witness in the obstruction of justice case for the defendants Hendra Kurniawan and Agus Nurpatra.

In that case, they were charged together to obstruct the investigation into the case of the death of Brigadier J. Thus, they are strongly suspected of violating Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 subsidiary Article 48 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 32 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law Number 19 of 2016 and/or the second indictment of Article 233 of the Criminal Code subsidiary Article 221 paragraph (1) to 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
