JAKARTA - Witness Putri Candrawathi denied the testimony of the defendant Richard Karjan alias Bharada E who said there was another woman at Bangka's house, Kemang, South Jakarta last June.

The rebuttal began when Chief Judge Wahyu Iman Santoso questioned Putri Candrawati about having time to find someone to tour the Kemang area

"Have you ever been around with Yosua and Richard in Kemang carrying firearms?" Judge Wahyu asked during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, December 12.

"No, Your Majesty," replied Putri.

The judge who heard the rebuttal instead asked Putri not to immediately answer. However, remember it first.

The reason was that the incident, which was based on testimony from Bharada E, was said to have taken place in June.

"Try to remember first?" said the judge.

"Never," said Putri.

"Are you walking around Kemang carrying a firearm with Yosua and Richard to find someone, circling eventually not until then you return to the road?" said the judge.

"Never, Your Majesty," said Putri.

Then, the judge began to change his question. However, the context is still an emergency in the woman's whereabouts.

At that time, Putri said that Bangka's house was the residence of her parents.

"You often go to Jalan Bangka?" asked the judge.

"That is the house of my parents," said Putri.

"That means after traveling around, you go there to meet your brother's husband who is on the road," said the judge.

"Never, Your Majesty," said Putri.

Until finally, Judge Wahyu revealed if there was any information from one of the witnesses who said that Putri had traveled around the Kemang area. Then, the witness saw another woman figure leaving Bangka's house.

"Because yesterday there was testimony that said before this incident you had invited Joshua and Richard around while carrying firearms and it was not clear where. Finally, you returned to Jalan Bangka, you met your husband," explained Judge Wahyu.

"And at that time, a woman got out of the house on Jalan Bangka. Do you know what happened?" continued the judge asserted.

"No, Your Majesty," said Putri.

The existence of another woman crying at Bangka's house was revealed based on Bharada E's statement during the trial some time ago. He said he had seen a woman other than Putri Candrawathi at Ferdy Sambo's house in Bangka, Kemang, South Jakarta.

The woman is said to have suddenly come out of the house while crying. Bharada E did not reveal her identity. The woman didn't talk much, she just cried looking for the driver. Shortly thereafter, the woman left.

"The woman said she was looking for her driver, I ran beside me to call the driver, the woman went up and just went home," said Bharada E.

Meanwhile, Ferdy Sambo has denied Bharada Richard totaled the testimony of a short-haired woman who was seen crying while leaving Bangka's house, Kemang, South Jakarta.

In fact, Sambo immediately emphasized that there was no motive for the affair behind the shooting incident of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

"It's not true that his statement made up. Obviously, my wife was raped by Yosua. There was no other motive, let alone infidelity," said Ferdy Sambo.
