PDIP Considers The Kampung Susun Bayam Bom Time Legacy Of Anies Baswedan, PKS Not Receiving

The PDIP faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD assessed that the Kampung Susun Bayam was a time bomb left by Anies Baswedan, who is now no longer the Governor of DKI Jakarta. Now, the Kampung Susun Bayam is in question because residents affected by the evictions due to the construction of the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) have not been able to occupy the residence. However, the Secretary of the PKS faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD Muhammad Taufik Zoelkifli views that the time bomb label alleged by PDIP is inappropriate. This is because the complexity of determining the rental rate for Kampung Susun Bayam is not a problem that arises between residents and Anies as the Governor of DKI who previously initiated its development, but with the DKI Provincial Government as a government agency. "The term time bomb is not right. Because the problem with Kampung Bayam is between the residents and the DKI Jakarta Regional Government (BUMD and the SKPD). So it is between the residents and the agencies in the local government. Not between the residents and the previous governor," Taufik told reporters, Wednesday, November 30. Moreover, said Taufik, residents affected by the eviction of Kampung Susun Bayam had received spiritual money as compensation, they were willing to move from their homes, before Kampung Susun Bayam woke up. From this condition, Taufik views that residents must also accept whatever rental costs are set every month. "When they are about to become residents of the flats again, they must follow the rules that apply as flat tenants, by paying rent according to the existing governor's regulation," he said. Furthermore, Taufik said, currently a process of transferring the management of Kampung Susun Bayam from the BUMD PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) to the DKI Public Housing and Settlement Areas Service (DPRKP) is being carried out. This is a solution so that the monthly rental fee of Kampung Susun Bayam does not become high because it has to cover Jakrpro's operational expenses. "For management options, PT Jakpro is currently coordinating with the relevant agencies. Is it possible to submit it to the DKI Provincial Government so that the management procedures can be the same as other flats in DKI," said Taufik. Previously, a member of the PDIP faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Ida Maheasy, branded Kampung Susun Bayam as a time bomb for delaying problems when it was built. Now, residents of prospective residents have protested because until now they have not been able to occupy Kampung Susun Bayam even though it was inaugurated by former DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan last October. The problem is, Jakpro as the manager cannot set rental fees at a similar rate to flats owned by the DKI Provincial Government because they require high operational costs. Ida also asked the DKI Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Area Office to resolve the polemic, along with the plan to transfer management from Jakpro to the DKI Provincial Government. "Looking at the situation and conditions, I asked the Housing Service team to resolve this case, what would I want," said Ida. "But this is unfortunate, in my opinion, the time bomb was abandoned by Mr. Anies. Once again I hope the Housing Service will immediately form a team to resolve what is good", he continued.
