The Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Komjen Agus Andrianto, challenged Ferdy Sambo to open an investigation report (BAP) regarding the alleged bribery of illegal mines in East Kalimantan. The statement also responded to Ferdy Sambo who said he had examined and included it in the Propam Division's investigation report (LHP). According to him, he was not once questioned regarding the alleged bribery of illegal mines from Ismail Bolong. In fact, he emphasized that he had never been involved and received bribes as written in the LHP. "As far as I remember never, yes. I haven't forgotten my memory," said Agus. Ferdy Sambo had originally mentioned the LHP prepared by the Propam Division regarding the alleged illegal mining bribery based on the results of the examination of all parties suspected of being involved. Including, information from Ismail Bolong and Kabareskrim Komjem Agus Andrianto. "Yes, I had time," said Ferdy Sambo in response to the question of examining Ismail Bolong and Kabareskrim. In addition, Ferdy Sambo also denied the accusation of releasing Ismail Bolong or not continuing the prosecution process. According to him, Propam's authority is limited to taking action against the members of the National Police who are involved. The action process has been carried out until the stage of handing over the LHP to the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo. "I have officially conveyed this official report to the leadership, so it means that the process in Propam has been completed, it involves high-ranking officers," he said. For information, based on the LHP document number R/1253/WAS.2.4/2022/IV/DIVPROPAM, dated April 7, 2022, the name of Komjen Agus Andrianto was dragged into accepting bribes. At the LHP submitted by the Head of the National Police Propam Division, at that time Ferdy Sambo was handed over to the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, it was written that Aiptu Ismail Bolong gave coordination money to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, which was handed over to Kombes BH as Head of Sub-Directorate V Dittipidter 3 times, namely October, November and December 2021 amounting to IDR 3 billion every month to be distributed at the Dittipidter Bareskrim. In addition, he also gave coordination money to Komjen Agus Andrianto as the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police directly in the Kabareskrim office in USD 3 times, namely October, November and December 2021, amounting to IDR 2 billion.
