Overcoming Inflation, The Purwakarta Regency Government LIKEs Rp1 Billion To Help MSME Actors

PURWAKARTA - The Purwakarta Regency Government, West Java, will provide a budget of around IDR 1 billion in 2022 to help hundreds of local micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). "There are about 600 MSME actors who received the assistance," said Purwakarta Regent Anne Ratna Mustika in Purwakarta, quoted from Antara, Friday, November 25. He conveyed that each MSME actor would receive assistance of Rp. 1,500,000 from the allocated Rp. 1 billion allocation. According to him, the assistance was distributed as an effort to deal with regional inflation in the Purwakarta area. In addition, said the Regent, it also aims to develop MSMEs which are expected to have an impact on the welfare of the people of Purwakarta. "The distribution of aid has been carried out by the local Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade and Industry Office," he said. The requirement for MSME actors who receive assistance from the Purwakarta Regency Government is to have a Business Identification Number (NIB). The Regent appealed to MSME actors to make the best use of the assistance, and to use it for things that can develop their business. "Hopefully (its assistance) can be utilized properly, and next year, God willing, there will be more assistance for MSME actors," he said.
