JAKARTA - The household assistant (ART) of the defendant Ferdy Sambo, Daryanto alias Kodir, testified to the panel of judges. This is because he seemed to mention the former Head of the Propam Division who installed the CCTV installation at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga. The testimony that interested the judge began when Kodir was questioned about the number of CCTV installed in the Police Complex, Duren Tiga. Then, he said there were eight surveillance cameras installed. "Do you know how many CCTV points are in the complex?" asked the judge during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, November 24. "As far as I know, only 8 (CCTV points, ed) are there," said Kodir. Then, the judge began to question the owner of the eight CCTVs. The witness also mentioned Ferdy Sambo. The reason is because the former Head of Propam Division installed the CCTV camera. The judge began to be surprised by this statement. This is because only Kodir said the surveillance camera belonged to Ferdy Sambo. Meanwhile, another witness stated that CCTV belonged to a resident of the Police Complex, Duren Tiga. "How come it's only now? Other witnesses are not like that, so the CCTV in the owner's complex is Pak FS?" asked the judge. "For the complex, if Mr. FS installed it," said Kodir. That's when the judge was interrogated to hear Kodir's answer. This is because his statement seems to describe Ferdy Sambo, who has the rank of general to install his own CCTV installation. "How come the one who put him on? How come he is in high rank, why did he put it on?" asked the judge. "Aish (the judge is smiling, red) is a high rank when installing CCTV, which is true. Is that true? The CCTV driver at the complex is not at the FS official residence that Mr FS ordered?" continued the judge. "At the beginning, yes," said Kodir. Kodir is one of three witnesses presented at the trial of the obstruction of justice case for the defendant AKP Irfan Widyanto. Meanwhile, AKP Irfan Widyanto was charged with obstructing the investigation into the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J. They took and replaced CCTV DVR in the Police Complex, Duren Tiga. Thus, he was charged with violating Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 subsidiary Article 48 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 32 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law Number 19 of 2016 and/or Article 233 of the Criminal Code subsidiary Article 221 paragraph (1) to 2 in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code.
