Tonight, Bareskrim Holds Reconstruction Of Police Vs 6 FPI Laskar On The Cikampek Toll Road

JAKARTA - The National Police's Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) will carry out a reconstruction of the clash that led to the shooting of six special laskar guards Rizieq Shihab by the police.

"The reconstruction is a reconstruction, that is what will be carried out tonight until dawn," said Dirtipidum Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Andi Rian when confirmed, Sunday, December 13.

The reconstruction will be carried out at the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, around kilometer 50 to be precise. The police will carry out reconstruction on Sunday, 13 December evening until Monday, 14 December in the morning.

In addition, Andi said that reconstruction would also be carried out in a number of locations in Karawang, West Java.

"There are several locations in the Karawang Regency area. The gathering point is at the Karawang Police at 23.00 WIB," he said.

In this reconstruction, the team of investigators who were present included a combination of the Jakarta Police and the Criminal Investigation Unit, and invited Komnas HAM to Kompolnas.

"Those who were presented in the reconstruction process were investigators from the Jakarta Police and Bareskrim. The reconstruction process was open by inviting Komnas HAM, Kontras, Amnesty International and Kompolnas," he said.

Previously, the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit began the process of examining witnesses regarding the shooting of six special laskar for Rizieq Shihab's bodyguard. The investigation was carried out after the case was withdrawn from Polda Metro Jaya.

"Today is a follow-up to the examination of witnesses. This means that all witnesses who saw, knew, heard, or considered knowing," said the Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Andi Riyan, to reporters, Thursday, December 10.

However, Andi did not elaborate on who was being examined as a witness. But in this series of examinations, his party will also ask for information from several experts.

"(Examination) Experts in forensic ballistics, inaphis and forensic medicine," he said.
