Army Chief Of Staff Dudung Intervened In Help With The Development Of Citizen-Owned Houses In Rejang Lebong

Members of the TNI Kodim 0409/Rejang Lebong are working on the construction of houses for uninhabitable residents in the area who received assistance from the Army Chief of Staff/ANTARA.

REJANG LEBONG - The houses of underprivileged residents in Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province, received assistance from the Army Chief of Staff (KSAD) General Dudung Abdurachman to be built into a habitable house. "This poor resident's house whose condition is unfit for habitation belongs to Mr. Arfa Pita Suhaidi, whose address is at Kayu Manis Village, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency," said Commander of Kodim 0409/Rejang Lebong Lt. Col. CZI Trinsu Novawan in Rejang Lebong, Antara, Thursday, November 17. This poor resident's house received assistance from the Army Chief of Staff after members of Babinsa Koramil 409-05/Curup held the Babinsa program to enter the kitchen and found one resident's house in poor condition and unfit for habitation. The process of building houses for underprivileged residents is currently still being worked on by the Curup Koramil Babinsa officers with the help of local residents who are carried out in mutual cooperation. "The work on this livable house is carried out in mutual cooperation and the implementation of the activity is monitored directly by the Danramil Curup and reports it continuously to the Dandim 0409/Rejang Lebong," he explained. The preparation of livable houses for residents who cannot afford it is very important for the lives of residents considering its function is not only as a place of shelter, but also a place to live and a place to interact with families. He hopes that the assistance in the construction of livable houses from the Army Chief of Staff can improve community welfare and reduce poverty in the 0409/Rejang Lebong Kodim territorial area which oversees the three regencies in Bengkulu Province.
