Had Mangkir, KPK Today Checks Retired MA Employee Ramli M Sidik In The Subarad Dimyati Case

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned a retired Supreme Court (MA) employee, Ramli M. Sidik as a witness in the investigation into the alleged bribery case that ensnared the inactive Supreme Court Judge Sudrajad Dimyati (SD). "Today the examination of witnesses for the suspect elementary school and friends. The examination was carried out at the KPK's Red and White Building, Jakarta, on behalf of Ramli M. Sidik, retired MA," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri in Jakarta, Antara, Thursday, November 17. The summons is a rescheduling after witness Ramli did not fulfill the summons last Wednesday. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has named a total of 10 suspects in this case. The suspects were the recipients, namely SD, Judicial Judge/Panitera Substitute to MA Elly Tri Pangestu (ETP), two civil servants at the Kepanteraan MA Desy Yustria (DY) and Muhajir Habibie (MH), as well as two civil servants MA Nurmanto Akmal (NA) and Albasri (AB). Meanwhile, four other suspects as givers were two lawyers Yosep Parera (YP) and Eko Suparno (ES) as well as two private parties / KSP Intidana Heryanto Tanaka (HT) and Ivan Dwi Kusuma Sujanto (IDKS). In the construction of the case, the KPK explained that there were criminal reports and civil lawsuits related to the activities of the Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) at the Semarang District Court (PN). The report was submitted by HT and IDKS through their attorneys, namely YP and ES. During the trial process at the District Court and High Court levels, HT and ES were not satisfied with the decisions in the two court spheres; so they continued their next legal action at the cassation level at the Supreme Court. In 2022, HT and IDKS filed an appeal to the Supreme Court through YP and ES as their attorneys. In the management of the cassation, the KPK suspects that YP and ES met and communicated with several employees at the Supreme Court who were considered capable of being a liaison to a facilitator with the panel of judges, so that they could condition the decisions according to YP and ES wishes. The MA clerks who are willing and agree with YP and ES are DY, on the condition that they give some money. Furthermore, DY also invited MH and ETP to participate in connecting the handover of money to the panel of judges. The KPK also suspects that DY and his friends are representatives of elementary schools and several parties in the Supreme Court to receive money from parties who take care of the case in the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, regarding the source of funds given by YP and ES to the panel of judges, they came from HT and IDKS. The amount of money that was then handed over in cash by YP and ES to DY amounted to around 202,000 Singapore dollars or Rp. 2.2 billion. Then, DY distributed the money again by distributing DY to receive Rp250 million, MH received Rp850 million, ETP received Rp100 million, and SD received Rp800 million through ETP. With the handover of the money, the decision that YP and ES hoped for would certainly be granted by confirming the previous cassation decision which stated that KSP Intidana was bankrupt.
