Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo found the results of road projects from the provincial financial assistance that were not right. The location is in Karanggayam Village, Lokidang Street Section, Kebumen-Banjarnegara border.

Ganjar found this while visiting with the Regent of Kebumen, Arif Sugiyanto accompanied by the Head of the Public Works, Highways and Cipta Karya Office of Central Java Province, AR Hanung Triyono, Tuesday, November 14.

The road was previously badly damaged and often filled with mud. Now the 2.2-kilometer road has been increased by concreteization, spending a budget of IDR 7 billion from provincial financial assistance.

"This is a road that reaches Banjarnegara, so this is important. One hope is that the quality is good because casting is expensive," said Ganjar.

Physically, Ganjar is not satisfied with the results. Because in some parts it seems that it is not optimal and prone to damage. In fact, at that point there are cracks in the concrete structure. In addition, there is also a concrete part of the former culvert that is closed modestly and seems to hang.

"Often service providers do that when they do it as if they have cheated like that, they love it, it's annoying. Then it's as if they've never been checked and it's just like that," he said.

In addition, Ganjar also looked unhappy because the service provider did not tidy up the finishing of the physical road. For example, on the left left side that was not tidied up and the project waste was left alone.

"I'm afraid it's dangerous. I'll tell you to check everything. So check it properly, if you don't accept it, don't accept it, don't accept it. Let's give it back. So all the people's money, don't play it for service providers," he said.

Findings like this, said Ganjar, which made him continue to check on each bankeu of the province given. Ganjar warned that the provider must not let go even though the physical work has been completed.

"If you look at it from there, it's pretty good, it's pretty bad, it's a deterrent point. It's definitely a neat one. The contractor must have a certificate, have experience, if it's like this or not, he will accept the risk," he said.
