JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has completed the indictment belonging to three bribers of the Mamberamo Tengah Regent Ricky Ham Pagawak who is still at large. The file was then transferred to the Corruption Court at the Makassar District Court.

The three bribers are Director of PT Bina Karya Raya Simon Pampang, Director of Bumi Abadi Perkasa Jusiendra Pribadi Pampang and Director of PT Solata Sukses Building Marten Toding.

"The prosecutor's team has finished handing over the case files and indictments with the defendant Simon Pampang and his friends to the Corruption Court at the Makassar District Court," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Tuesday, November 15.

Currently, the three of them will still be placed in the KPK Detention Center and their detention is under the authority of the Corruption Court. Simon and Jusiendra languished in the KPK Detention Center at Pomdam Jaya Guntur while Marten was detained at the KPK Detention Center in Lot C1.

"For the agenda of reading the indictment, the team of prosecutors will still wait for the issuance of the appointment of the panel of judges and the determination of the day of the trial from the Corruption Court (young clerk)," said Ali.

The KPK has named Ricky Ham Pagawak as a suspect in receiving project bribes in Central Mamberamo Regency, Papua. However, the regent fled and his whereabouts are not yet known.

Ricky is suspected of running away to Papua New Guinea with the help of TNI members. His name is currently on the wanted list (DPO).

In this case, the KPK suspects that Ricky received money from contractors who wanted to get the project in Central Mamberamo. One of them, from Marten, allegedly gave IDR 300 million to billions of rupiah.
