Indostrategic Survey: Gerindra Voters, PKB To KIB In DKI It Turns Out That Anies Is Choosing As A Presidential Candidate In 2024

JAKARTA - The results of the Indostrategic survey in the DKI Jakarta area in October 2022 found interesting facts. voters or supporters of the Gerindra Party, PKB to parties members of the United Indonesia Coalition (KIB) namely Golkar, PAN and PPP actually prefer the candidate for NasDem president, Anies Baswedan in the 2024 presidential election, rather than the presidential candidate proposed by the party.

For example Gerindra, even though it has officially promoted Prabowo Subianto as a presidential candidate in 2024, Gerindra's voter support for Prabowo is only 31.2 percent. Meanwhile, 39.2 percent chose Anies Baswedan.

Even with the PKB declaring General Chairman Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar, the voter base in DKI has more support for Anies Baswedan which has reached 34.8 percent.

Then in the support base of the Golkar Party, where this banyan party encourages Airlangga Hartarto as a presidential candidate. In fact, Anies Baswedan's support can reach 35.2 percent. Superior than Airlangga's voters who are only around 1.4 percent.

Then the PAN and PPP bases. As many as 55 percent of PAN voters chose Anies Baswedan. Similarly, as many as 50 percent of PPP voters also support the former Governor of DKI Jakarta.

"The largest support for Anies Baswedan was obtained from the NasDem party voter base with 62.3 percent, Democrats 66.3 percent and PKS 70.8 percent," said Indostrategic's survey released today, Monday, November 14.

The Indostrategic survey was conducted in the period 8-16 October 2022 through face-to-face interviews. The survey population consists of all residents of DKI Jakarta Province who have the right to vote in the election, namely those who are 17 years old or older, or are married when the survey is conducted.

A total of 1,200 respondents were randomly selected (multistage random sampling) from all regencies/cities in the DKI Jakarta area.

With this number of samples, the survey places a margin of error of 0.82.8 percent at a 95 percent confidence level.
