Bripka RR And Strong Ma'ruf Kompak Denied The Testimony Of ART Ferdy Sambo About Having BEEN Examination Of Provos

JAKARTA - Ricky Rizal and Strong Ma'ruf, two defendants in the murder of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J denied the testimony of witness household assistant Ferdy Sambo, Diryanto alias Kodir.

Both denied that they had been examined by Provos in the garage of Duren Tiga's official residence, South Jakarta. The objection was delivered for the first time by Strong Ma'ruf. According to Strong, there has never been an examination in the garage of Ferdy Sambo's official residence.

"For witness Kodir, I have never examined Propam at home or garage," said Strong at the trial, Wednesday, November 9.

Similarly, Ricky Rizal also denied. He said no examination took place in the garage of the official residence. Because, after the incident, he was immediately taken to the National Police Headquarters.

"We have received something, Your Honor. For the statement of Kodir. Just like Strong Ma'ruf. I was not asked and examined by the provos. I was immediately taken to the National Police Headquarters, after the incident," said Ricky.

Originally, Kodir mentioned that Ricky Rizal and Strong Ma'ruf were examined by the Provos Propam Polri in the garage of Ferdy Sambo's official house at the Duren Tiga Police Complex, South Jakarta.

According to Kodir, the examination was said not long after the bloody incident that killed Brigadier J took place.

"I saw Strong and Ricky in the garage. As far as I remember (Strong and Ricky) were checked by the provos," said Kodir

Ricky Rizal and Strong Maruf were jointly charged with Bharada E, Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawati planning the murder of Brigadier J. Thus, they are suspected of violating Article 340 subsidiary 338 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
