The Regency Government Formulated Policy So That ASN In Bogor Could Work From Anywhere

BOGOR - The Bogor Regency Government, West Java, through the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) is formulating a new policy so that every ASN in its area can work anywhere or work from anywhere (WFA). "We are compiling regulations, because this policy had previously been implemented in the province, and we are also heading that way," said Head of the Bogor Regency BKPSDM, Irwan Purnawan in Cibinong, Bogor, Antara, Tuesday, November 8. According to him, the BKPSDM is conducting a WFA policy study, so that when implemented, all ASN will continue to complete their work properly. Irwan assessed that WFA is a breakthrough that can make ASN work effective, because they can carry out their duties whenever and wherever they are. "This is good, meaning that ASN can not only work in their office, but they can work anywhere at any time, the important thing is that there is performance output every day," said Irwan. However, not all ASN cannot do WFA. The reason is that there are several fields of work that cannot be done anywhere. "Later we will determine what types of jobs can be, because smart QSN is not only limited by working days, whenever it can work, the important thing is that every week it is 37.5 hours," he said. His party also recently launched a data bank application called "Simantap" to monitor the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN), so that the promotion and transfer of positions process is more objective. Irwan explained that the Simantap application has integrated several applications used by the personnel agency in the Bogor Regency Government so far. "Integrated with the Simantap application, so that automatically performance achievements will enter box nine, so the assessment is more objective," explained the Head of the Bogor Regency BKPSDM, Irwan Purnawan.
