JAKARTA - The defendants Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi again showed their intimacy at the trial of the alleged murder case of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. The two of them hugged and kissed forehead.

According to VOI monitoring, Ferdy Sambo went first to the courtroom. He was seen wearing a white shirt and black pants.

Shortly thereafter, Putri Candrawathi, dressed all in white, entered the courtroom. He sat in the defendant's chair until finally moved to the side of his team of lawyers.

While near the legal advisory table, Putri approached her husband, Ferdy Sambo. Then, they hugged each other.

Then, Putri kissed her husband's hand. Later, Ferdy Sambo kissed his wife's forehead.

Until finally, they sat on the right side of the courtroom or with their respective legal advisers.

Meanwhile, the follow-up trial of the alleged murder of Brigadier J against the defendants Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi with the agenda of hearing witness statements was held today. The Public Prosecutor (JPU) will present 13 witnesses, one of whom is the defendant's older brother, Leonardo Sambo.

"There is a plan for 13 witnesses to be presented by the prosecutor," said Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto.

The witnesses who are Ferdy Sambo's former aides are Adzan Romer, Daden Miftahul Haq, Prayogi Iktara Wikaton, and Farhan Sabilah.

Then, for the assistants or household assistants (ART) Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi who will testify among others, Susi, Sartini, Rojiah, Abdul Somad, and Daryanto or Kodir.

Meanwhile, other witnesses are security guards or security at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga. They are, Marjuki, Alfonsius Dua Lurang and Damianus Laba Kobam alias Damson.

Finally, the witness who will be presented is Ferdy Sambo's older brother, Leonardo Sambo.

In this case, Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi were jointly charged with premeditated murder of Brigadier J.

Thus, they are strongly suspected of violating Article 340 subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
