Defending 0.9 Grams Of Crystal Methamphetamine, Police Security Police In East Flores Sentenced To 12 Years In Prison

NTT - A methamphetamine drug dealer with the initials RSK from East Flores Regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), faces a 12-year prison sentence.

RSK was arrested for being involved in narcotics trafficking with evidence of methamphetamine weighing 0.9 grams.

"The person concerned is threatened with a maximum of 12 years in prison for his actions," said Head of Public Relations of the East Flores Police, Ipda Anwar Sanusi, when contacted, Monday, November 7.

Anwar said the hospital was arrested at his home in Ile Mandiri District, East Flores Regency, Friday, November 4.

Currently, the perpetrators are arrested without being detained. East Flores Police investigators are still investigating the evidence of methamphetamine that was secured from the person concerned.

"Currently, his status is still being secured, we have not detained him because the investigative team is still checking the methamphetamine drugs brought," said Anwar, quoted by Antara.

Anwar said the arrest of the hospital was made after the police received information regarding drug buying and selling transactions in East Flores on Friday, November 4 morning.

Responding to the report, the East Flores Police Narcotics Unit team immediately pursued and arrested the hospital in the evening.

For his actions, RSK was threatened with Article 155 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with the threat of imprisonment and a fine of Rp800 million to Rp8 billion.
