JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) 's son and son-in-law also colored the 2020 Regional Head Election (Pilkada). They are Gibran Rakabuming Raka who is Jokowi's son, and Bobby Nasution, the son-in-law of the former Solo mayor.

Gibran, who is Jokowi's first son, is running as a candidate for Mayor of Solo along with Teguh Prakosa as a candidate for Deputy Mayor of Solo. This pair was promoted through the Central Java PDI Perjuangan DPD.

Following are the results of the provisional quick count of Charta Politika according to the candidate pair for the Solo Pilkada, the pair Gibran Rakabuming Raka-Teguh Prakosa received 87.15 percent of the votes.

Jokowi's son-in-law, whose full name is Muhammad Bobby Afif Nasution, is also running in the 2020 Pilkada as a candidate for mayor of Medan. Bobby took Aulia Rachman as his representative.

From the temporary quick count data for the Medan Pilkada presented at the Swiss Bell Inn Hotel, Medan, it was stated that the incoming data showed 61.33 percent as of 15.32 WIB, Wednesday, December 9. The results of the temporary quick count in Medan, the pair Bobby Nasution-Aulia Rachman received 54.80 percent of the votes.

Apart from the Pilkada contest, both Gibran and Bobby are businessmen who have several businesses in their respective fields.

Gibran, is known to be the owner of a catering business known as Chili Pari. This 33-year-old man also founded the House of Knowledge to provide training for Chili Pari employees, especially in English.

Gibran is also entrusted with being the Chairperson of the Solo City Indonesian Food Service Business Association. That's thanks to his efforts in the culinary field.

In addition, with his younger brother, Kaesang Pangarep, Gibran opened a food business called Markobar. It sells various kinds of martabak, and has successfully expanded throughout the country.

The culinary business seems to be Gibran's passion. Most recently, Gibran and Kaesang together with Chef Arnold Poernomo opened the Mangkok Ku restaurant, which was opened for the first time on Jalan Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta.

Bobby is also listed as having property company PT Wirasena Citra Reswara. The company is working on the Nawacita program housing in collaboration with the government and BTN in Sukabumi, West Java.

Bobby started going into business when he was 20 years old. At that time he tried the property business by starting from renovating houses to resell them.

After growing, Bobby built several houses. He also had great success until he was finally involved in the Malioboro City project in Yogyakarta.

As time went on, Bobby then joined the large property company Takke Group in November 2016. Unmitigated, this young entrepreneur immediately took the position of Marketing Director.

Even Bobby also holds about 10-20 percent of the shares of the Takke Group. This property company owns a number of buildings in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi areas.
