Bandung Police Chief Kombes Aswin Sipayung said that currently in Bandung there are no more motorcycle gangs because previously he had made a peace declaration. So if there is a new motorcycle gang that is troubling, then his party will not hesitate to take firm action. "So now there is a group of motorbikes that have been certified on the list. If someone feels a motorcycle gang, causes trouble in Bandung, I will brush, brush," said Aswin when releasing the case of a beating by a motorized group at the Bandung Police, Bandung City, West Java, Antara, Thursday, November 3. He also asked the public or youth not to start or declare themselves a motorcycle gang and carry out useless activities. Currently, the Bandung Police have arrested two young men with the initials RV (20) and RW (18) and four underage students who beat them while in a convoy of 50 motorbikes on Jalan Gatot Subroto, Bandung City, West Java. According to him, the suspects were members of a motorcycle gang called Barshake Boysclub. They abused five victims who were also members of a motorcycle gang called Rojali. In addition to Jalan Gatot Subroto, according to him, one of the suspects from the Barshake Boysclub motorcycle gang admitted that he also carried out persecution in front of Pasundan Junior High School, Balonggede Street, and in front of Advent Hospital, Bandung City. "The perpetrator committed a criminal act using a sharp weapon, now we have shown some evidence of sharp weapons used by the perpetrator at the crime scene," said Aswin. According to him, the actions of the perpetrators caused the victim to suffer lacerations, stab wounds, and bruises, so they had to be rushed to the hospital. However, Aswin confirmed that the victims were now in better condition. Meanwhile, the suspects were charged with Article 170 of the Criminal Code Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code.
