JAKARTA - Head of DKI Jakarta Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Benni Aguscandra opened his voice about the re-operation of the Holywings Gatsu Club V outlet under a different name, W Superclub.

Benni confirmed that W Superclub had submitted a business license to the DKI Provincial Government. Permits have been issued via online single submission (OSS) around July or August.

However, Benni insists the company has different management from Holywings, whose license has been revoked.

"The appointment of other companies, no longer Holywings affiliate. The owner of the building (a former Holywings Gatsu outlet), has terminated the contract with Holywings. Yes, please if there are other people or companies there as far as the regulations are concerned, the regulations are met," Benni told reporters at Grand Cempaka Bogor, West Java, Tuesday, November 1.

Benni explained that the old Holywings management was no longer allowed to run its business because it no longer had a business identification number (NIB). However, they can still make a new NIB proposal with a new type of company.

"Everything has been revoked, Holywings Group's 12 (outlets) permit in Jakarta has been revoked, the NIB has been canceled. So, it's no longer allowed (to operate) right. He has to make a new NIB. That means, a new company right. So if the company is new, then go ahead. People want to do business, right," said Benni.

Holywings Gatsu Club V outlet on Jalan Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta has returned to operation. Previously, former DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan had revoked the operational permits for all Holywings outlets in Jakarta a few months ago.

Early this morning, activities at that location had returned to being crowded. A number of vehicles lined up in the parking lot of the building. The design has also changed and the name of the building has changed to W Superclub.

The sound of music from inside the building was also heard outside. Seen on the Instagram account @wsuperclub, it says "by HWG" which means that their club is the management of Holywings Group.

On June 28, hundreds of Civil Service Police Units moved to twelve Holywings outlets in Jakarta to seal buildings spread across South Jakarta, West Jakarta, North Jakarta and Central Jakarta.

At the location, officers put banners and sealing stickers in front of the building. The banners and stickers contain the announcement of the closure and prohibition of business activities at each Holywings outlet. The sealing was carried out after the DKI Provincial Government revoked permission for 12 Holywings outlets in Jakarta.
