Meski Kena Sanksi PDIP, Posisi Ganjar Di Musra Tak Terantikan Jadi Pilihan Utama Capres 2024

Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranow is considered to remain the main choice in the People's Consultative Assembly (Musra). Chairman of the Steering Committee of Musra Indonesia Andi Gani Nena Wea assessed that the PDIP sanctions against Ganjar Pranowo actually made the people choose him. This is evident from the results of Musra Bandung and Musra Pekanbaru which put Ganjar in the top three. "Although Mr. Ganjar was sanctioned, for example, it could not stem the people's desire not to support him," Andi said in an electronic message received in Jakarta, Thursday, October 27. Ganjar is in third place in the list of presidential candidates for Musra Pekanbaru with 19.09 percent of the votes. At Musra Bandung, Ganjar was in third position with 16.1 percent. Andi assessed that the PDIP sanctions actually increased Ganjar's popularity. According to him, Ganjar did not receive any negative impacts because of the sanctions. "Because in Indonesia it is increasingly being discussed, increasingly suppressed, its popularity is increasing," he said. Previously, PDIP sanctioned Ganjar because he was ready to become a presidential candidate in the 2024 General Election. The sanction was imposed after PDIP asked Ganjar for information regarding this matter. Apart from Ganjar, PDIP also imposed sanctions on the Chairman of the Solo DPC FX Hadi Rudyatmo for supporting Ganjar to become a presidential candidate.
