Judge Rejects Ferdy Sambo's Exception!

JAKARTA - The panel of judges rejected the exception or objection note submitted by Ferdy Sambo. The trial of the alleged murder case will proceed to the examination stage of the witnesses.

"Rejected the objection from the legal advisor to the defendant Ferdy Sambo in its entirety," said presiding judge Wahyu Imam Santoso during the trial, Wednesday, October 26.

The panel of judges in their decision ordered the public prosecutor (JPU) to continue the trial of case number 796/Pid.B/PN.JKT. CELL to the examination stage.

Originally, there would be 12 witnesses who would be presented in the examination stage. They are Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat's family alias Brigadier J.

"Ordered the public prosecutor to continue examining cases," said Wahyu.

For information, Ferdy Sambo is one of five suspects in the murder case of Brigadier J. He is referred to as the mastermind of the murder.

So, in this case, Ferdy Sambo was charged with violating Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
