Samisake Program In Bengkulu Up Investigation, Kejari Menjadi Sejumlah BMT Koperasi

BENGKULU - The special investigation team of the Bengkulu District Attorney's Office (Kejari) conducted examinations and searches on a number of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) cooperatives in Bengkulu City related to the investigation process of Samisake's assistance program. "The special investigation team of the Bengkulu Kejari searched the documents in the Mandiri Sharia Financial Services Cooperative BMT," said Bengkulu Kejari Intel Head Riky Musriza, in Bengkulu City, quoted from Antara, Thursday, October 20. The investigative team also conducted an examination at another BMT cooperative office in Bengkulu City which has links to the Samisake Program. The Samisake program or one billion one kelurahan is the mainstay program of the Mayor of Bengkulu Helmi Hasan and has received the 2019 Natamukti award by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. Previously, some time ago the Head of the Bengkulu District Attorney's Office, Yunitha Arifin, announced that the two-term Samisake program, which was suspected of harming the country, rose from investigation to investigation of suspected corruption cases. Witnesses examined by the investigative team were the former Head of the Cooperatives and SMEs Service, the former Head of UPTD from 2013 to 2019, and a number of the head of the LKM Bengkulu City Cooperative.
