MAKASSAR - Makassar residents and those of you who want to travel around the city of Anging Mamiri, can now enjoy a tour bus service. The city tour bus launched by the Makassar City Government is the result of 'recycling' the Tangkasaki garbage box car.

This city tour bus was launched by the Governor of South Sulawesi (Sulsel) Nurdin Abdullah accompanied by Acting Mayor of Makassar Rudy Djamaluddin. For the initial stage, the Makassar City Government provides 3 Makassar Metro buses.

The plan is that there will be an additional 10 'recycled' tourist buses from the Tangkasaki garbage car (Our Garbage Transport Truck) under the leadership of Danny Pomanto in Makassar.

"This is temporary, if we have entered the APBD it has been completed," said Acting Mayor of Makassar, Rudy Djamaluddin, to reporters, Thursday, December 3.

Tour buses will serve routes in 3 corridors. Corridor 1 is Datu Museng - Sultan Hasanuddin - Slamet Riyadi - Rasiswae - Ujung Pandang - Pattimura - Somba Opu- Datu Museng.

Corridor 2 takes the route Penghibur- Fish Market- Ujung Pandang-Nusantara - Regaran- Ahmad Yani-Sudirman- Kartini-Botolempangan-Amanagappa-Sudirman-Haji Bau- Penghibur.

Meanwhile, corridor 3 is on the entertaining route - Fish Market - Ujung Pandang-Regarane-Ahmad Yani-City Hall-Thamrin - Botolempangan-Arief Rate-Sultan Hasanuddin- Lamadukelleng-Haji Bau-Metro Tanjung Bunga-Lego Zone- lego-Penghibur.

"So this is free for Makassar residents and tourists to Makassar. God willing, the presence of this bus, friends who are mobility in this area no longer need to bring a car. We try to operate from morning to night with drivers and supervisors on the bus using the shift system. , until 10 pm, "said Rudy.
