JAKARTA - The KPK public prosecutor (JPU) said that the Material Inspection Committee (KPM) found 12 shortcomings in the procurement of the AgustaWestland (AW) 101 helicopter for the President's VIP/VVIP vehicles. Digital maps for Southeast Asia (Indonesia) have not been installed. 10. Not found by TAG (Serial Number & Production Number) on the plane. 11. Log book engine has no history. 12. No component document (on condition). Irfan Kurnia is known to have ordered 1 unit of the VVIP AW-101 helicopter to AgustaWestland. Then on October 15, 2015, the person concerned paid a planned fee of 1 million US dollars or Rp. 13,318,535,000.00 on behalf of PT Diratama Jaya Mandiri to AgustaWestland, even though at that time there was no procurement of VVIP helicopters within the Indonesian Air Force. The helicopter itself is actually an AW-101 helicopter Number for the 50248 Production Series (MSN) which was completed in 2012 with a VVIP configuration which is an order from the Indian Air Force. Based on the AW-101 Helicopter Technical Investigation and Analysis Report 646 PT Diratama Jaya Mandiri by the ITB Expert Team in 2017 was also found: First, the AW-101 646 helicopter which was handed over to the Indonesian Air Force has a Production Series Number (MSN) 50248 which was completed in 2012. The production series is registered with an aircraft registration number/helicopter (aircraft registration number) ZR343 in England, namely the AW-141 641 helicopter with a VVIP configuration which is an order from the Indian Air Force. Second, based on data from the flying log, it is known that the AW 101 646 (MSN 50248) helicopter was first selected on November 29, 2012, and has had 152 hours of flight time and operating time of 167.4 hours on December 19, 2016, which was recorded as the 119th operation (one hundred nineteen). This means that the AW-101 646 helicopters imported were not new helicopters. Third, the AW101-646 (MSN 50248) helicopter which was handed over by PT Diratama Jaya Mandiri was only modified on the cabin interior without making changes to the frame structure to accommodate the rear ramp door, the side side of the port side on the VVIP configuration not converted into a sliding door on the transport configuration and the window door above the floor on the VVIP configuration on the right (starboard side) not changed to a sliding cargo door for transport configuration so that it cannot be used for transport operations.
