Brigadier General Hendra, Suspect Obstruction Of Justice The Murder Of Brigadier J Jalani At The Hearing On Wednesday Next Week

JAKARTA - The District Court (PN) will hold a case of obstruction of justice for the murder of Brigadier J or Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat on Wednesday, October 19. It is known that there are six suspects, the trial will be divided into two compositions of the panel of judges.

The Assembly of Ahmad Suhel will be the presiding judge for the suspects Hendra Kurniawan, Agus Nurpatra, and Arif Rahman. The member judges are Djuyamto and Hendra Yuristiawan.

Meanwhile, Afrizal Hadi will be the chairman of the panel of judges who preside over the trial of the suspects Chuck Putranto, Irfan Widyanto, and Baiquni Wibowo. The judge of his member is Ari Muladi and M. Ramdes.

For information on the obstruction of justice case, seven people have been named as suspects. They are Ferdy Sambo, Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan, Kombes Agus Nur Patria, Kompol Chuck Putranto, Kompol Baiquni Wibowo, AKBP Arif Rachman Arifin, and AKP Irfan Widyanto.

They are suspected of violating Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 and/or Article 48 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 32 paragraph (1) Number 19 of 2016 of the ITE Law. In addition, they were also charged with Article 55 paragraph (1) and/or Article 221 paragraph (1) 2 and/or Article 233 of the Criminal Code.

Previously, it was reported that the South Jakarta District Court (Jaksel) had set a trial schedule for the premeditated murder case against Brigadier J or Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat next week or Monday, October 17.

During the trial, the suspects who will undergo the trial are Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawati, Strong Maruf, and Ricky Rizal.

It is known that the trial will be chaired by the Deputy Chairman of the Jakarta District Court, Wahyu Iman Santosa. Meanwhile, member judges will be filled by Morgan Simanjuntak and Alimin Ribut Sujono.

Meanwhile, Bharada E or Richard target will undergo a separate trial. Djuyamto said that Bharada E would be tried a day later, namely Tuesday, October 18.
