South Jakarta District Court Guides Six Judges For Obstruction Of Justice Cases Of Murder Brigadier J

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court (Jaksel) appointed six panel of judges in the case of obstruction of justice or obstructing the legal process.

Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto said that the defendant Obstruction of Justice AKBP Arif Rachman Arifin, Kombes Agus Nur Patria and Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan would be led by Chief Justice Ahmad Suhel. Meanwhile for Member Judges, Djuyamto and Hendra Yuristiawan.

"The defendants Arif Rahman, Agus Nurpatria and Hendra Kurniawan are the Chairman of the Panel of Judges, Ahmad Suhel. (Secrets) Djuyamto and Hendra Yuristiawan," said Djuyamto in a short message, Monday, October 10.

Meanwhile, for the defendants, Kompol Chuck Putranto, AKP Irfan Widyanto and Kompol Baiquni Wibowo will be led by Afrizal Had Hakim. Meanwhile, the member judges are Ari Muladi and M Ramdes.

"Chairman of the Afrizal Hadi Council, Member of Judges Ari Muladi and M Ramdes," he concluded.

For information, in the case of obstruction of justice there are seven people named as suspects. They are Ferdy Sambo, Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan, Kombes Agus Nur Patria, Kompol Chuck Putranto, Kompol Baiquni Wibowo, AKBP Arif Rachman Arifin, and AKP Irfan Widyanto.

They are suspected of violating Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 and/or Article 48 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 32 paragraph (1) Number 19 of 2016 of the ITE Law. In addition, they were also charged with Article 55 paragraph (1) and/or Article 221 paragraph (1) 2 and/or Article 233 of the Criminal Code.
