Allegedly A 6-year-old Boy Cabuli, A 47-year-old Man In Cibodas, Was Taken To The Tangerang Metro Police

TANGERANG - Police arrested a man with the initials DH (47) suspected of molesting a 6-year-old child.

The Tangerang Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho, said that his party had pocketed evidence so that they decided that the perpetrators were arrested on Saturday, October 8.

"The arrest of the perpetrator has fulfilled two pieces of evidence," said Zain in a written statement, Sunday, October 9.

The arrest was based on a report that was submitted to the Tangerang Metro Police which stated that there had been an obscenity in Cibodas, Tangerang City, Monday, on April 25, 2022.

Zain said the perpetrator did not fight back when he was arrested. DH was cooperative when he was brought to the Tangerang Metro Police.

"The process of arresting the perpetrators is also in a safe and controlled condition," he said.

For his actions, DH was charged with Article 81 and/or 82 of Law No. RI. 17 of 2016 concerning Sexual intercourse with Children and Orbulious Acts of Children with a threat of 15 years.
