Because he suspects that the finger symbol indicates that one of the candidates is taking part in the Pilkada, Almizetry is worried that this case will get caught up in the law considering the case has been processed by the East Medan Panwascam.

"I suspect a symbol like this (shows the shape of a gun) right Bobby. But is it possible that because of Rp20 thousand we were imprisoned?" he continued.

"We were also told to take pictures while holding ID cards and Rp50 thousand, but the money we received was Rp. 20 thousand while pointing with our fingers like a gun," explained Marwis.

But when the residents wanted to return the money they got, the Panwascam represented, Sugeng Afriadi, admitted that he could not accept the money returned.

"Our attitude from Panwascam is that there is no authority to accept the money. If you want, just return it to the giver directly," said Sugeng.

Asked about the existence of a known giver named Kamsiah Bintang, Panwascam claimed to be looking for his whereabouts.

"We will search through the information of the residents, right those who brought the mother. We will call the witness and make sure that she is the person who distributed the money that night for further clarification. What is clear is that we will dig again because in the process the Violation Handling section will be handled later. East Medan Panwascam, "he said.
