Ali Mochtar Ngabalin: There Are Sick Politicians And Jokowi's Nyinyir Rejects Political Comments

JAKARTA - Presidential Staff Office Main Expert Ali Mochtar Ngabalin, opened his voice about President Joko Widodo's reluctance (Jokowi) to comment on the NasDem Party which carries DKI Governor Anies Baswedan as a presidential candidate in the 2024 election. According to Ngabalin, Jokowi is aware that he is not good at talking about politics because he is still in a state of mourning. Ngabalin then mentioned that there was a politician who questioned Jokowi because the head of state did not want to comment on Anies' candidacy. The politician in question is a senior NasDem Party Zulfan Lindan. Zulfan previously highlighted President Jokowi who was reluctant to comment on Anies Baswedan's candidacy because he was in a state of mourning over the Kanjuruhan tragedy. He objected because Jokowi admitted that he was grieving but instead attended the inauguration of the industrial area in Batang, Central Java. "It's funny that a politician who is sick and sarcastic by Jokowi refuses to comment on practical politics," said Ngabalin, quoted on his personal Twitter account, Wednesday, October 5. According to Ngabalin, President Jokowi realizes that the Indonesian people are currently empathizing in the midst of the grief of the Kanjuruhan tragedy. Therefore, Jokowi did not want to comment. "Jokowi is aware that everyone empathizes and Indonesia is still in deep sorrow at the Kanjuruhan tragedy," said Ngabalin. Previously, senior NasDem Party politician Zulfan Lindan satirized Jokowi who was reluctant to comment on Anies' declaration as a presidential candidate because he was grieving, but was able to attend the inauguration ceremony of the industrial estate. "Earlier, Mr. Jokowi said that he was grieving, but today, Mr. Jokowi attended the inauguration of the industrial area in Java. It is known, Jokowi inaugurated the construction of the largest pipeline factory in Southeast Asia made by the Wavin Group from the Netherlands which was built in the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate (KIT). Zulfan assessed that Jokowi should be consistent with his words and actions. Because, according to him, the announcement of the presidential candidate and the event attended by Jokowi can be categorized the same. "I think we have to be consistent.
