President Putin's Allies Want Moscow To Consider Nuclear Weapons And Russian Generals In Depotted, Kremlin: Emotional Moments

JAKARTA - A Kremlin spokesman said the regional head has the right to express his opinion, but said the Russian military has objective considerations and the use of nuclear weapons refers to the established doctrine.

He said it was related to comments made by the Communist Leader, Ramzan Kadyrov, as Russian troops were pushed back from commit to a strategic city that became one of the keys to logistical supplies in the invasion of Ukraine.

"Regional heads have the authority to express their views and assessments. After all, heads of all regions of Russia, including Ramzan Kadyrov, who, as you know, since the start of special military operations, have done a lot and contributed very much to the campaign. And he continues to do so," a Kremlin spokesman said, launching TASS October 3.

However, he warned, emotions should not cloud any judgment, even in the most difficult times.

"This is a very emotional moment. But even in difficult times, emotions should be kept away from any judgment. So we prefer to stick to a balanced and objective assessment," he said.

On the occasion Peskov said the basis for any use of nuclear weapons was set out in Russia's nuclear doctrine.

He explained that the guidelines allow the use of nuclear weapons if they, or other weapons of mass destruction, are used against Russia, or if the Russian state faces an existenceal threat from conventional weapons.

"There is no other consideration in this matter," said Peskov.

The Kremlin has explained that the nuclear protection is now expanding to four Ukrainian regions that Moscow has officially annexed.

Last weekend, Ramzan Kadyrov said Moscow should consider using low-product nuclear weapons in Ukraine after a new major defeat on the battlefield.

When Russia confirmed the disappearance of the spirit fort in eastern Ukraine, Kadyrov lashed out at high commanders for their failure and wrote on Telegram: "In my personal opinion, more drastic measures must be taken, to an emergency declaration of the military on the border and the use of tactical nuclear weapons.

In his message, Kadyrov described Colonel General Alexander Lapin, commander of the Russian troops fighting in methamphetamine, as "ordinating", and suggested that he be demoted as a soldier and his medal.

"Due to the lack of basic military logistics, today we have left several settlements and most areas," Kadyrov criticized.

Kadyrov revealed that two weeks earlier he had posed a possible defeat to General Valery Gerasimov, chief of Russia's general staff, but it was ignored.

Russia's Ministry of Defense on Saturday announced the withdrawal from control, the main stronghold, and a logistics hub for Russian troops in the Donetsk region of Ukraine, after its military was threatened with siege.
