"Robert Budiman, a former employee of PT Astri Mining Resources, was present and his knowledge was explored, among others, related to the alleged transfer of mining business permits to mining companies belonging to the suspect MM as the controller," he said.

As previously reported, the KPK has detained Mardani H. Maming as a suspect in alleged bribery and gratification of mining business permits in Tanah Bumbu Regency. He was named a suspect in the recipient.
